Transportation of Paediatric Patients
Our team has experiences in managing paediatric patients as well, including providing necessary treatment, transporting them safely from one hospital to another in ambulances equipped with monitor equipment and AEDs for paediatrics.

Terminal Discharge
Our team has been providing end-of-life care to a lot of patients (adults and paediatrics) over the years. We have fulfilled many terminally ill patients’ last wishes to go home and to be surrounded by their loved ones, or receive a better comfort care in hospice setting. During this kind of stressful period, our team aim to provide the best possible care and comfort to patients and their caregivers during the transportation.

Transportations of Psychiatric Patients
We are one of the main vendors providing patient transport service to Institute of Mental Health (IMH), Singapore. Our team are trained in handling psychiatric patients (aggressive/violent), and have been managing transportation of 5 to 10 of IMH patients every day since Jan 2020. With training and standard protocols, our crew practice proper restraining technique to ensure patient safety. Our team aim to transport these patients safely to the hospital and receive the treatment they require, and to prevent further self-harm or harm to others if any.
Transportations of Patients > 100kg, Non-lift Landing
Our ambulances are equipped with stretchers that can take patients with body weight up to 220kg and heavy-duty wheelchairs can support patients with body weight up to 170kg. Patient safety is always our first priority; therefore, our stretchers, wheelchair and lifters are sent for regular maintenance to ensure good functioning all the time. We also provide services to transfer bedbound or chairbound patients from upper storey where there is no lift in the housing estate.
